	Boyd Bailey likes the role of Chief Encouragement Officer. His passion is to encourage and equip leaders engaged in Kingdom focused enterprises. Founded in 2000, Ministry Ventures has trained over 500 ministries and coached 50 ministries in the best practices of prayer, board, ministry model, administration and fundraising. 	Stuart Ferrell is the Midwest Ministry Development Director for Ministry Ventures. For the last ten years he was the Great Plains District director for Crown Financial Ministries, working with churches and ministry leaders in the area of biblical financial stewardship. He is married to Dana and they have five grown children. They attend First Evangelical Free Church in Wichita, KS.
	Dale Hart brings twenty years of experience working with non-profit organizations to the Ministry Ventures team. Dale has served as Executive Vice-President of Christ's Haven for Children and Vice-President of Dallas Christian School, as well as Executive Director for Open Arms Home, Teen Lifeline, and the Keller ISD Education Foundation. Dale currently serves on the Board of Directors for Teen Lifeline and on advisory boards for The Mercy Foundation and Impossible Possibilities.
	Cindy Lowry is the Finance and IT Manager. Her accounting and IT background and passion for details and ministry provides unique and needed skill to the Ministry Ventures’ team.
	Barney Martin is the Director of Operations and Marketing. He manages the day-to-day operations of the ministry including finance, human resources, technology, facilities, and other cross-organizational initiatives. Barney’s background in corporate management is an excellent complement to the Ministry Ventures team.
	Margie Martin is an Administrative coach. Her past experience in small business ownership, human resources, administration, writing, training, and editing, as well as her involvement in ministry, make her an excellent support resource for the ministry leaders and coaches. She is also the HR Manager for the organization.
	Elaine Paradise is is the Ministry Development Coordinator, focused on recruiting ministries to MINISTRY MASTERY LIVE! and from there through the application process for the MINISTRY MASTERY. She also oversees the Ministry Ventures’ Prayer Team and serves as Executive Assistant to Boyd Bailey. Elaine’s skills in administration and her passion for ministry equip her well for each of these roles.

Boyd's Perspective
Most people who lead a ministry are very good at doing the program (ministry service) itself. However as a leader you are not just doing the ministry, but you are developing an organization that will deliver that ministry service on a much wider scale. You are working on the ministry, not just in the ministry. To build it you must efficiently and effectively gather and deliver the necessary resources.
In other words, you will have to build a team. And, you will need a plan or your team will be “spinning its wheels” and wasting its time. You must have wise practices in place, and your team must execute them consistently. At Ministry Ventures we are blessed with a diversity of staff members who support our vision, mission and strategy. Great team members make good coaches. Therefore, as leaders: let’s intentionally pray, recruit and trust the Lord for just the right team members!
