	Cheri Bachofer is a Ministry Model and Prayer coach, working with our leaders to develop their ministry plans and prayer strategy. She is an executive leadership and career management coach - certified through the International Coaching Federation. Cheri brings many years of experience as a Church/Para-church Director and as a coach to Ministry Ventures.
	Dean Harbry is the executive and Board coach for Ministry Ventures and leads Ministry Ventures’ coaching program. Dean brings years of experience as a missionary, technology leader, and executive coach to the table. He designed the MINISTRY MASTERY certification program and leads the delivery of coaching services. Dean holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.
	Fran LaMattina is a Ministry Model and Board coach, supporting the ministry leaders in the development and communication of their ministry plans and boards of directors. Fran served as Coach and COO, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, in the early days of Ministry Ventures. Fran has her Master Coach Certification and has established a niche with nonprofit ministry and church leaders, especially in the areas of business and life plans.
	Margie Martin is an Administrative coach. Her past experience in small business ownership, human resources, administration, writing, training, and editing, as well as her involvement in ministry, make her an excellent support resource for the ministry leaders and coaches. She is also the HR Manager for the organization.
	Gregg Pawlowski is a Fundraising coach. His background includes 30 years of business and nonprofit work. Gregg has directed national sales teams to consistently exceed revenue goals with responsibilities of up to $75 million annually for Fortune 1000 clients in diverse markets. He was also the executive director of The Dove Children’s Hospital Movie Channel, serving over 1.0 million hospitalized children annually. Gregg is a leadership coach with UGA’s Terry College of Business M.B.A. and E.M.B.A. programs.
