Andy Stanley

Pastor of Northpoint Community Church, Named Largest Church in America by Outreach Magazine in October of 2014. The church has now grown to six campuses and over 32,000 attenders each week. North Point Ministries has also helped plant 20 strategic partner churches in the US and Canada. In 2006, he was voted the 13th most influential Christian in America (20th in 2007) and North Point Community Church was voted the 3rd most influential church in America – while in 2010 a survey of U.S. pastors found Stanley to be the 10th most influential living preacher.

Peter Greer

Peter Greer is President and CEO of HOPE International, a global Christ-centered microenterprise development organization serving throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Before beginning his role at HOPE, Peter worked as a microfinance practitioner in Cambodia, Zimbabwe, and Rwanda and earned a master’s degree from Harvard University. He has co-authored eight books, including The Spiritual Danger of Doing Good, Mission Drift, 40/40 Vision, and The Giver and the Gift. Peter and his wife, Laurel, live in Lancaster, PA, with their three children.

Darryl Ford

Darryl Ford is the pastor and planter of Ikon Community Church in the East Lake neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. He spent 6 years in the US Air Force as a weather forecaster where he served in St. Louis, Missouri; Fairbanks, Alaska; Tallil, Iraq; Kuwait City, Kuwait; and Honolulu, Hawaii.

Darryl’s greatest passion is seeing the gospel radically transforming myriad cultures and people groups through creative contextualization without compromise. He wholeheartedly believes that when people awaken to the grandeur of God and His attributes, their greatest affections will be oriented towards Him and genuine transformation (both individually as well as corporately) will occur.

Mike Flink

Mike loves to listen to ministry leaders and help them reach the dreams that God has given them for their ministries. Having grown up in China, Mike is passionate about diversity and creativity both in people and in thinking. He loves to use his keen listening ear to understand the struggles his clients face and enjoys the challenge of working with multiple stakeholders (executive leadership, board, staff, etc.) to bring creative solutions that maximize Kingdom impact.

Prior to coming to Ministry Ventures, Mike spent nearly ten years in the financial services industry as a Financial Planner and Wealth Manager, the last six of which were with Ronald Blue & Co. Mike is an active member of The Church at Brook Hills. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis. Mike resides in Birmingham with his wife Christine and children Madison, Miles, and Morgan.
