Emily Fitchpatrick is the Co-Founder of Flagship Equip, based out of Florida. Flagship Equip offers leadership coaching, consulting, and specialized programs to provide faith based leaders with rest and renewal.  Prior to launching Flagship Equip in 2016, Emily spent 10 years as Founder and Executive Director of an anti-trafficking organization serving sexually exploited teen girls. Her work in the fight against human trafficking has been featured in Christianity Today magazine, CBN’s 700 Club, and other media outlets. She has presented to members of Congress in Washington D.C., and received numerous awards including a community leadership award from former FBI Director Robert Mueller. She was a founding member of the NC Governor’s Human Trafficking Commission and an expert speaker with the U.S. Department of State International Information Program.

Emily has a degree in Hospitality Management and has worked for companies such as Marriott, Hilton, and the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove. Most importantly, Emily is the mother of two children. She and her husband Josh live in Ocala, FL where they like to spend their weekends outdoors. They home school their children and value family time.
