For over 20 years James, along with his wife and four children, have called the land of Phoenix home. They have grown to love “The Valley of the Sun” and the people that endure the heat with them.

James and his wife began their ministry to families in 1987 and four years later moved to Phoenix to work on a Master of Divinity degree from Phoenix Seminary. Once James completed his studies, he accepted the position to pastor Stone Creek Church. He and his wife served there for the next 13 years and loved being a part of this wonderful fellowship. For the last four years, he has consulted ministries and started a solar business to help non-profit organizations take advantage of the sun to significantly reduce operating costs.

As Ministry Ventures first Regional Consultant in the Southwest, James is excited to use his 25 years experience in ministry, and the resources of Ministry Ventures, to help local ministries master the five best practices for their organization.
